Company Incorporation in Sri Lanka is now exclusively online. Company shall have a name first and approval of company name must be obtained from the Registrar of Companies, Sri Lanka. Once name is approved copy of Article of Association, Form, 1, 18. 19 should be submitted online to receive copy of Business Registration. Shares of the Company shall be issued within one month of incorporation and must be published in newspapers and gazette as well.
